KYC details collected & verified - These details may vary according to the product that you opt for. Details include company PAN, TAN, GSTIN, Registered Name etc. UPI Deep Links are the simplest product to start with only basic company details needed.

Consent Form signed - NPCI requires each biller to sign a one page form stating their BOU partner, TSP partner (in this case, Setu)

Legal Agreements signed - An authorised signatory reviews and signs off on legal terms with the partnering BOU.

Production testing - Our developer engineering team runs tests on our Production environment, to ensure that everything works as expected. This step includes finalising the rules for settlement, initiating test transactions, verifying URL endpoints and doing test transactions.

Post these checks, NPCI will list the Biller on the network and it is expected that the biller will become available on all UPI and banking apps within a maximum period of two weeks, as per NPCI guidelines.
