Agents can configure a webhook to receive notifications on user events. This is an opt-in feature. Here are the different user events available for agents -

  1. Bill_fetch_success,

  2. Bill_fetch_failure,

  3. Bill_payment_success,

  4. Bill_payment_failure,

  5. Bill_payment_refunded,

  6. Dispute_raised,

  7. Dispute_status_change
