1. Scroll down to the Reports tab once you are on the Analytics and Reports page

  2. Select Date and Time Range 

  3. Click on Apply Filters

  4. You could also search with the following filters: 

  • By Request ID

  • Verification Status

  • Refund Status 

You could choose to download or email the reports to yourself. Sometimes a report could take time to load if the data is of a large amount you could choose the Email Me option in that case.
