I have not received my settlements for the day. What should I do?

Please follow these steps:

  • Confirm that the transaction date does not fall on a settlement holiday.
  • Verify that the transaction was successful on the Bridge and in the reports shared with you to determine if a settlement is expected.
  • If the status is still unclear, check your system logs based on your implementation to review the request and response for the transaction.


If there is a delay and the transaction still does not appear in settlements after these checks, please share the relevant transaction details with us via a support ticket, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
