All UPI links are for single use, irrespective of the expiry date. Even if the customer is able to make double payments (due to the UPI app caching policy or other such issues), Setu will settle the first payment to the merchant and automatically refund all subsequent ones to the user. The refund TATs depend on the user's bank.
