To integrate as an FIU, or a business that wants to request for customer data through Account Aggregator (AA), one can use Setu’s AA FIU APIs. The APIs can be broken down into 3 broad flows, corresponding to how financial data is requested for in the AA ecosystem—
Consent flow—To create and share data consent requests with your customers, along with the handling of approvals/rejections.
Data fetch flow—To request for and fetch the data, once your customer has approved the consent request.
Notifications flow—To receive notifications from Setu for key events like approval/rejection of consent or be notified when FI data is ready to be fetched.
Basis each of these three flows, there are steps that the AA must follow through,which are mentioned here in detail.
