We are able to see transactions on our end, but they are not reflected in the MIS. What should we do?

Kindly begin by performing the following checks:

  • Confirm whether the transaction is visible on the Bridge.
  • If visible, review the corresponding transaction status.


If the discrepancy remains, please verify that the transaction was routed through us and marked as successful. Once this is confirmed, share the transaction details with us so we may investigate and assist further.
