Customers are unable to pay using GPay / PhonePe / CRED. What should we do?

Please follow these steps:


  • Identify the exact issue and note the error message shown to the customer.
  • Check whether the requests from Setu are reaching your system. If they are, review the response your system is sending back.
  • If there are no errors on your system after these checks, please share the details with us—including the error screenshot and the corresponding request logs from your system, WAF, or network layer via a support ticket. We will review and assist you further.
