I’m facing issues while uploading CSV files. What should I do?

Please follow these steps:

  • Verify that the file format and its contents match the format shown on the Bridge.
  • Ensure all required details are correctly filled in as per the Bridge format.


If the issue persists after these checks, please raise a support ticket with the error screenshot and the CSV file you attempted to upload. We will review and assist you in resolving the issue.
