How do I reach Setu’s support team for any issues with Bridge?

If possible, do include additional details against your complaint, either the 

  • Partner ID → A partner ID is a unique identifier for your account, created during sign-up. You can find this partner ID by going to Org settings from the left panel. This would be useful while reporting any issues with your account.

  • Biller ID / Merchant ID → This is a unique identifier for a configured product (same as the integration done for a payment channel). Navigate to Configured Products from the left panel, click a configuration and look for the ID below the Biller / Merchant name.
