I’m unable to access or download reports. What should I do?

Please try the following initial checks before raising the issue with us:

  • Clear the cache and data for the Bridge website, then try logging in again.
  • Open the Bridge in an incognito window and retry.
  • Ensure the correct transaction filters are applied before downloading the report.


If the issue still persists, share the relevant screenshots or error details so we can help you further.


Please note:

  • The Bridge allows downloads for up to 1 lakh records. For reports above this limit, please use the “Email Me” option.
  • The maximum supported size for emailed reports is 10 lakh records; beyond this, the Email Me option will not work.
